Coach Shannon Wade

HEAD COACH & VARSITY FOOTBALL SIDELINE COACH
​Coach Wade brings incredible energy, passion, and experience to the sidelines! With a strong background in teaching math and coaching multiple sports—including Fast Pitch Softball and Basketball Cheer—she has a true gift for inspiring and motivating athletes both in the classroom and on the field.
With 17 years in education and 7 years proudly serving the Kennesaw Mountain community, Coach Wade’s dedication to her students and athletes shines in everything she does. A proud graduate of Harrison High School and Kennesaw State University, she has deep roots in the community she is so passionate about pouring into.
Now entering her second year as Head Coach and fourth year as a Sideline Coach, Coach Wade is fired up and ready to lead with heart, build strong leaders, and make this season one to remember!
When she’s not coaching, Coach Wade enjoys spending quality time with her family, soaking up sunny days on the lake, and making lasting memories with her two kiddos.

Coach Eunice Brown-Flanigan

VARSITY GAME DAY COACH​
​​Coach Brown-Flanigan brings passion, experience, and a heart for student development to Kennesaw Mountain High School. With over twenty years in education through Cobb County Schools, she has served as a math and science teacher at Palmer Middle School and Kennesaw Mountain High School, while also mentoring students, organizing community service initiatives, coaching dance, and coordinating talent showcases.
Coach Brown-Flanigan is proud to be entering her first year as the Varsity Game Day and seventh year as the Varsity Basketball Cheer Coach. She is dedicated to developing not only strong athletes, but confident, disciplined, and poised young women. She believes cheerleading is more than performance, it is leadership, teamwork, character development, and school pride in action.
Beyond the classroom and sidelines, Coach Brown-Flanigan has decades of experience in pageantry as a former contestant, coach, and judge. Her background in performance and presentation allows her to cultivate excellence, confidence, and professionalism within her team.
In her spare time, she enjoys baking, dancing, reading, and encouraging young women to pursue their highest potential both on and off the court.​

Coach Dennis brings 13 years of experience as a dedicated science teacher at Kennesaw Mountain High School, where she has made a lasting impact both in the classroom and throughout the school community. Known for her passion for student growth, she goes beyond academics—serving as a cross country and girls wrestling coach, she mentors student-athletes with a focus on discipline, confidence, and resilience.
Coach Dennis is thrilled to step into her role as the JV Sideline Cheer Coach. She is eager to bring her energy, leadership, and team-first mindset to the program—building school spirit, creating a positive and uplifting team culture, and making game days an exciting and memorable experience for both athletes and the community. She is especially looking forward to the upcoming season and all the growth, teamwork, and traditions it will bring.

Coach Thompson brings enthusiasm and dedication to her role, backed by 5 years of teaching at Hayes Elementary School. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students, both inside and outside the classroom, and takes pride in supporting them in any way she can. With 14 years of experience in competitive dance, she has developed a deep appreciation for the athleticism, discipline, and teamwork that cheerleading requires. Having grown up right down the road, she is deeply connected to the community she now serves. A graduate of Allatoona High School and Kennesaw State University, Coach Thompson is excited to give back and be involved in the program. As she begins her role assisting Coach Wade this season, she looks forward to supporting the team and contributing to a successful year!

Coach Ella Reece Arnold

JUNIOR MUSTANG GREEN SQUAD SIDELINE COACH
Ella Reece Arnold is back for her third year as a coach, bringing energy, experience, and Mustang pride! A veteran cheerleader on the KMHS Varsity Sideline and Game Day squads, she’s also been a dedicated member of the Stingray Allstars since 8th grade, where she shines as a strong and dependable back spot.
A true Mustang at heart, Ella Reece cheered all three years as a Junior Mustang and is beyond excited to give back to the program that helped shape her into the athlete and leader she is today.
When she’s not on the sidelines, you can find her hanging out with friends, loving on her beagle pups, shopping, or soaking up the sun at the beach, lake, or pool. After graduation, she plans to attend Ole Miss or Alabama and pursue a future working with children.

Coach Lacey LeBlanc

JUNIOR MUSTANG SILVER SQUAD SIDELINE COACH

Lacey LeBlanc is thrilled to begin her first year as the Silver Squad Sideline Coach! Lacey recently completed her first year on the KMHS Junior Varsity Sideline squad and will be returning this fall for her second season. She will also be a member of the Varsity Game Day Competition Team.
A dedicated athlete, Lacey is a 3-year KMHS Junior Mustang Cheerleader, where her passion for cheerleading truly grew. She is excited to share that passion and help foster a love of gymnastics and cheer in her athletes.
Outside of cheering and coaching, Lacey is actively involved in her church youth group, where she serves on the leadership team. In her free time, she enjoys painting, spending time with her dogs, Khloe and Charlie Sue, and visiting her happy place—Myrtle Beach.
